Ok.. so you buy the bank, which is broke because they don’t have the money to pay back the depositors, whose money they lent to people who didn’t pay it back to the bank. If it were as simple as “selling the debt” why wouldn’t they have done that themselves in the first place?
The depositors get screwed, even by you.
