Getting pushed around and abused without the ability to fight back is equality... apparently

It just makes work seem more exhausting when you're doing most of the physical work and it doesn't mean anything. I'm not looking to get cookies or stickers or even a thank you, but the fact it still means jack squat makes it seem more exhausting than if everyone was working.

For sure. The Women's Rights movement is different than the feminist movement. There's a good reason why a lot of women even rejected the early feminists. I believe international women's day was started as a joke too, but I could be mistaken for another women's holiday.

Either way I just wish we had more help at work. We got a full staff and half stays up front and talks while the other half stays in the back and gets yelled at while lifting stuff.

Yeah seem like yet another totally disorganised workplace with inequal treatment on suggestive reasons.

Sadly. Even worse when you cant say or do anything to help it.
