The reason why this "bandit" memer has a new account was because he kept getting busted with his previous (and simultaneous) TWO accounts where he hounded others then complained to mods that they were harrassing him when all they said was to go away and stop bothering. So he deleted the profiles and signed up again to do the same.

I myself have to keep blocking him and banning him from streams I mod, to which he appeals to the mods to unban him.
