Besides being a fascist, there's no reason to ban MoonMan. MoonMan's views don't stand for my perception of Imgflip's values but he has somehow managed to abide by ToS. But then again ToS isn't really enforced much, but can sometimes pick on specific users who aren't that lucky like IncognitoGuy. I'm saying he should get away, but I think ToS should be more enforced, particularly the conduct part.

From a stream standpoint, we gotta prove he broke stream rules repeatedly. Right now, most of his stream rules violations would get a pass since they include a joke. EG: attack ads are allowed as long as they aren't based entirely on other streams and are comedic in nature.
From a TOS standpoint, moonman has really cleaned up his act. If you find any TOS violations, send em too me, I can't be everywhere at once. But for the most part he's significantly slowed down his bad behavior.
