Well, if you wanna know the full plot-twist thing to make sure I actually didn't steal from you, the couple mentioned in the beginning aren't actually the main characters of the story even though they end up doing the same thing.

Also, the Earth split apart because of an Earth goddess. And because of the main characters finding each other in the Ever Woods, the goddess realized it wasn't enough to split the Earth in half, she had to destroy it. But the main characters stop her from doing that with ✨the power of love✨

Idk, haven't really thought of the ending as much yet, only started writing this yesterday.

The whole vibe I wanna create for this is kind of like that of a Ghibli movie, which is why there will definitely be a lot of magic involved.

I wasn't saying you did lol, I have a lot of story ideas (if I ever turned them into movies it would take 30 years to finish them all) so it's inevitable ppl will come up with similar stuff.

actually mine weren't the main characters either and the relationship ended up not working out bc an ancient demon caused discord between the groups of people with the intention of inconveniencing them (bc they were the world's best planet to trade with and they helped ppl who were against him), and so when the crown prince of one side fell for the princess of the other side, he couldn't let that happen, so he manipulated tension between the two and started a war between the places. (He also couldn't destroy the planet bc he was banished from this world so he couldn't harm or manipulate ppl anymore, he just found a way to appear to ppl after a couple thousand years and he had loyal servants). But he had been manipulating these two groups of people to hate and mistreat one another for a good 500 years.

I've been working on this story for a couple years now but it's kinda difficult to write as it has many components and many stories setting up future problems. Like this story is just in the middle of the conflict with the ancient guy and it takes like 5-6 more before he's finally taken down.
