Just for more context, in Amphibia, RuPaul's character (Mr.X) was stalking the main character (Anne Boonchuy) because she had anthropomorphic alien frog creatures from another world with her and he wanted to bring the frogs to the government to study. Mr.X/RuPaul wasn't stalking Anne on the way you think but since that was RuPaul's role in the cartoon, I thought it would be funny to make fun of him that way since he is so outraged over anti-grooming laws.
