Yes the reborn Tyrant can banish people to exo space

How this ability works is that by any and how hard of the damage the Tyrant/reborn Tyrant takes factors into how much the ability the Tyrant/reborn Tyrant absorbs.

Let's say the Overseer attempted to kill the Tyrant, the fatal blow will allow the reborn Tyrant to absorb a lot of the Overseer's power allowing him to reverse time or stop time once
