*The Tyrant doesn't even budge and he even grabs the Overseer's hand*

*rewinds time 5 seconds and dodges*
(he can do that but it takes time to recharge, and so does his time-stop)

*The Tyrant sees this*

*As time is going, the Tyrant grabs the overseer*
