What I personally think of these sets:
Velociraptor Escape: Why did Lego give us the raptor paddock, which fans have been waiting for for years, as a fricking 4+ set? It's not a bad build, but it does feel kinda disappointing. The new raptor print looks great though, and we finally get Robert Muldoon as a minifig. I feel like someone would probably just get this for the figures.
Dilophosaurus Ambush: This might be one of the best of the wave. It strikes me as a bit odd that Lego would do such a violent scene in a set. But the new Dilo print looks amazing, and we finally get the Barbasol can! The jeep's muddy coloration looks a bit odd. But this one, I might actually get.
Triceratops Research: Lego just cheaped out on us with this set. It's 50 dollars for what? One vehicle, one side build, one dinosaur, and two minifigs? Uh-uh. The Triceratops print looks great though, and the Ford Explorer is good to get in a smaller set. But it really needs more substance. Like, maybe a Gerry Harding minifigure and a section of fence would've made it more worth the high price.
Brachiosaurus Discovery: Finally! A Lego Brachiosaurus! It does seem a bit odd that the legs don't move though. The Jeep Wrangler looks amazing though, and the tree definitely helps even out the price. Not a bad set. Not at all.
Visitor Center: T-Rex & Raptor Attack: This set looks pretty good actually. We get the new raptor print again, and Rexy's new design looks great! The inside is actually pretty good, although the exterior seems a bit shallow and incomplete. The minifig selection is a bit odd though. I mean, I get why Grant, Sattler, and the Murphy kids are there, but Ray Arnold and Dr. Wu seem like odd inclusions. Although, the Jurassic Park variant of Dr. Wu actually looks great.
