Anyone with a basic understanding of physics can THEORETICALLY build a nuke. The actual secret is in the enrichment process.
Take a look at the garbage tier nukes Iran & North Korea have. Figuring out how to build it is easy. Actually building the high level equipment to enrich the uranium is hard...
