Damn, I was a wimp back then, I disabled the comments to not see anti-furs. F**kin' pitiful!

I'm a furry too, and I say JUST SCREW THEM!
The vast majority of people aren't like that, but obviously the noisey few are always the ones that get attention.

After being a furry for many years I'll leave you with a warning... people in the fandom are no better. They just give themselves a title of being "good guys" and "victims" but they can be just as brutal if not worse, and the fandom is profiting from this, telling people to be miserable with an activist hive-mind and gaining their support just like politicians would. If you try to call out the same behavior in them, you're as good as exiled (as what happened to me... TWICE!)

I won't tell you what to do, but I'm just saying you don't see the full picture here and you certainly won't while hiding amongst the fandom either. I'm speaking from personal experience.

I just say to have a nice day and maybe keep to themselves, it's not worth getting over a fight with indecent people, so I play calm and nice. I used to be a jackass to them too, but I realized my actions, and only play rough if needed.

They're just bored with nothing better that they want to do. It's just like any activist group. The furry fandom is no different, the lgbt groups are no different, political parties are no different. Just ignore them and be the person in the middle existing and having your own fun. They can't take that away, only you can.
