Fauci is not the fall guy. A few years before covid hit there was debate on CONTINUING to do gain of function (GOF) research. Fauci said doing GOF was worth risking a pandemic. Well, he got one. No one else is to blame except his cohorts at EcoHealth Alliance.
As far as the failed jab, that is all on Pfizer and Moderna.
