The best method we had was to invite trusted and active members as mods, then have a "mod reset" every few months that filters all the inactive mods out.
Can we add like requirements for being a mod; - your account has to be over 6 months old
- must be active on msmg
-if they cannot have at least 30 moderations every month they should have their mod removed
- they must be moderating at least one other stream ( stream must have over 10 followers )
- just show they can be trusted
