how are these made

Step 1: Go to someone's profile
Step 2: Screenshot their username and PFP, but leave out the points.
Step 3: Use that screenshot
- The top text will always say "Says the guy" regardless of gender
- The bottom text will be the slander
Step 4: Right click on the meme and press "Copy Image". DO NOT SUBMIT IT OR PRESS "Generate Meme"
Step 5: Press "Upload New Template" and ctrl+v in the url bar.
Step 5: Go to "Add Images", turn off "Transparent Only", and find the "thunderstorm" template
Step 6: Resize it so that the whole image is covering the image. Make sure nothing is in the text boxes.
Step 7:Press the gear button on the image bar (Look under the text boxes to the side of the image)
Step 8: Set the opacity to 0.5 or 0.6
Step 9: Click on "Draw" and then the "Erase" button.
Step 10: Copy Steps 4 and 5
Step 11: Allow everyone to use it and give it an image title.

You duplicated Step 5

There's no way to do step five for me. I use Windows 10 on a PC. I can't find a button that says to turn off "Transparent Only". And even then I can't find "the 'thunderstorm' template".
