Time to get serious!

Speaking of good stories, have you ever read any of Tony Hillerman's books? His characters (in the Navajo Tribal Police) thought the FBI dudes were the worst people on the planet.

And that was before they became the Gestapo of the democrat party!

I haven't read his books (yet) but I watched the adaptation of "Dark Winds" and it was amazing. Bing it if you get the chance. Looking forward to the second season of that one. On AMC.

Another good one in that vein is the "Longmire" series by Craig Johnson. Same thing there, I saw the series which was well done and then went back and read the books which were even better.
