Just to be clear, we're too deep now to go back. I don't think anyone should lose their ability to vote. However, we should still treat it as a privilege and be well informed before voting. That means having a very good understanding of history.
Voting starts off as a privilege given only to land owners with a vested interest in what happens to their country. We start spreading the lie that voting is a right. More and more groups claim they have the "right" to vote. Voting becomes so easy that it can easily be "hacked" by unsavory and power hungry actors.
