If the rancher actually shot him in the first place. He contends he fired OVER their heads. Is there a ballistics match to his AK? I read a report that said the dead person was shot in the back. Nothing in that report said the round went all the way through, so maybe the bullet is available for ballistics testing. Assuming, of course, that it isn't "lost".
