ok. So it is also known as the 24-hour clock. Instead of saying 1:00 PM, you would say 13:00 PM. It just adds 12 more hours instead of repeating the normal time. So 6:00 PM would be 18:00 PM. And when it reaches midnight it changes back to 12:00 AM and repeats.

Just say 24 hour time then
