Well if a Apollo mission deployed seismographs on the moon then how come we don't hear about it when a big quake rattles the moon ?

Mostly cuz it's of little interest to anyone who doesn't study it specifically. A moonquake doesn't threaten human lives like an earthquake does, not a great news story. The Apollo 11 Wikipedia article talks about the seismic equipment and geologic work done.

Yes I know there is very little interest to anyone because we don't live on the moon but it'd be a great bit of scientific information and for research and study if some day we should decide to colonize the Moon that way we know what the moon is doing while we are not on it
