The worry id have about this is constant flag spamming, especially if you have political arguments too. People might just flag ppl cause they're mad. Thats kind of a lot for the site mods to handle.

I don't see this being very practical, and would just give site mods a ton more work to do with accounts being flagged left and right. How can anyone verify with certainty that a user is under 13? This rule is basically so parents can't sue us that their 6 year old saw something that's for 13 and up, there's no practical and legal way to confirm everyone's age here without probing into personal info like home address and contact info or requiring a birth certificate for each account. It's incumbent on the parents to not allow their children to have unlimited internet access on unmonitored phones and come to sites like this one, it's not our problem. I'm not here to babysit someone else's kids.
