College is stressful, yes but...So is my life- ;-;

I didn't know you had so much stress, Shadow - I mean, I knew that you have a lot of stress, anxiety, and depression going on to begin with, but I didn't know it was THIS MUCH, to the point that stress occupied 50-60% of your headspace! Is there anything that I can do to help minimize your stress? I know that I can't solve the problem even if I tried (however much I want to), but can I do anything to help make going through any of this any easier? I just want to help. I don't like it when any of my family and friends are hurting, especially if I could've done something to help ease or remove the pain. If there's anything that I can do to help you, please let me know. No one should have to suffer alone. ;v;

Honestly I manage with my stress even though there's still a lot about it.

Most of the stress is just technically mental pressure.
I've always been somehow stressed out more and more ever since I was 10, but....I do know to manage with my stress levels since my mum taught me how, then again. It's her way of paying me back for being there when she had a big anxiety caused panic attack back in 2022.
