I've never watched Dragon Ball, a 'making of' DVD notwithstanding, but that was years ago, when I had a slight interest in that. Don't need to be in that field, don't want to, and disgusted for believing I even could have been!

If all you know about it is the Dragon Ball voice cast, then yeah, I can see why you'd jump to that conclusion. That said, the majority of them actually are a lot better than that.
