Australia doesn't have a first amendment. Plus I believe the first amendment in America is very flawed as it is not only just as old as the 2nd amendment, but also doesn't cover hate speech as everyone was racist at the time. Plus I'm pretty sure slavery was still around in late 1791.

Yes, I’m just speaking about the religion part. Also there is a part of the ammendment that says if you are taking away other people’s rights in any way, then you won’t be allowed free speech.

Yeah, the whole purpose of the 1st amendment is to separate religion from politics, which is exactly what the Republicans these days are violating with their Christian Nationalistic views. Just look at MTG and you'll see what I'm talking about.

BritishMormon was going to post his comments on RINO_Republicans but I have permabanned him because I know he would break the stream's rules and would spout off stuff like AustRINO bad and stuff like that. He won't actually want to debate civilly, he'd want to harass me.

Also, he flagged my meme that criticises his views. Octavia always criticises conservatives views. If I didn't cover BritishMormon's name on that meme, that would definitely be harassment, but I didn't harass him because I left the person who created the meme as anonymous, like what Octavia_Melody does

We only take down content that violates TOS so if you’re abiding by TOS, you have nothing to worry about, regardless of whether Georgie flags your content or not.

Abby_Normal claims that "attacking other streams & users is against ToS" even if the memes Octavia_Melody made covered the conservative's name.

Also BritishMormon attempted to flag my meme about criticising his anti-semitic view, but I refeatured the meme anyways because yes it may be harassment but only if you don't cover the user's name.

Then good thing Abby Normal is not a Community Mod, because that’s ridiculous. As long as the username is covered and you’re criticizing the idea the image is conveying and not attacking the actual person, I don’t see anything wrong with making an image reacting to another image.
