It’s talkin about a draft written by Malia Scotch Marmo,where there would be much bigger consequences to genetically breeding the Dino’s so early and causing them to age faster, by doing so with little information on their needs being available, it resulted in the Dino’s slowly rotting and dying and having short lifespans. Even though its a theory and not really canon and an unused draft, it also included the dinosaurs DNA sequences being filled with frog DNA, which was used in the final draft of the film, so maybe it's still somewhat canon?
