In 1994 a large Superorganism was found by S.O.T.C.A, and after a while, it entered the NPS as the "Rockford Illinois Superorganism Nature Reserve", The organism was found on the outskirts of Rockford in a large quarry (one of the last ones operating). The park opened to the public in 2004 with major infrastructure being mostly built and installed by Anodyne (Known for building infrastructure in the P.B.S.O) The park was not as successful as the main park until Late 2006 when a recorded 38 Million people visited the park that year, in 2007 when the disaster occurred the park was temporarily closed for safety renovations and to help cut down on costs due to major employee resignation (Due to people not wanting a similar disaster to happen) in 2009 the park reopened and continued to operate normally, the hosts of the R.I.S.N.R then encountered a problem in 2014. another park was opened in quitstop, New Mexico, and with these new competitors came new technologies being developed faster to allow better access throughout the Superorganisms.
