There's Two POVs here; Student, or Student Council Member
The POVS are very similar:
STUDENT/STUDENT COUNCIL POV :
You were just going to the lobby to sit for lunch, and you see these two arguing about something.
No one else is there. You recognize One of them as Ivy Nualle, the Student Council President.
You don't recognize the other girl, who's crying, and visibly upset.

Tenoh: Problem?
Ayato: hey, everyone ok?

Lavender: Besties!

Ayato: what about you Ivy? oh wait, that's rude, I'm sorry

Ivy: I am Bisexual.
Lavender: boring.

Ayato: it's not boring! it's perfectly fair!

Lavender: join the gay squad, Ivy!

*Lavender sees Tenoh carrying a backpack covered in . . . red paint? why'd he have a paint covered backpack*

*of course she realized, that's probably the body*

Ayato: oh, ok, what're we talking about now? random stuff? then, I like Danganronpa! honestly, I think it'd kinda be fun to be in, which sounds kinda sadistic, I'll admit, but I'm a little bit of an Ultimate Lucky Student myself! *giggles and puts his hands on his hips proudly*

Ivy: I'm the Ultimate Detective
Lavender: I'm the Ultimate Translator

Lavender: *mouths* simple. We hide the body and clean up the blood.

Ayato: those sound awesome! and we need a detective in every game for it to be complete- sorry, not trying to dismiss your talent!

Ayato: I mean, I am no better, soooo *laughs*

Lavender: yeah, I know how you feel. My talent is pretty lame

Ayato: hey, don't say that! you're the only one out of the 3 of us with an original talent!

Lavender: Well, mines still boring

Tenoh: what're we talking about?

Ayato: like, if we were Ultimates!
Tenoh: oh, hm, I'd probably be the ultimate calligrapher

Lavender : what's that?

Tenoh: *mouthing* If I go, we can pin it as a drama club prank. I've got a friend

Lavender: *mouthing* Alright.

Ayato: and, well, I'm sorry *his head and shoulders droop sadly*

Lavender: Oh, Ayato, you didn't do anything wrong. Its okay!
Ivy:... Did he just apologize for nothing..? *confused*
Lavender: yes.

Ayato: wha- b-but, no, I said that the death wasn't a big deal! that's a horrible thing to say! *Tenoh slips away as Ayato starts to ramble in panic*

Lavender: Ayato, you didn't even say that T-T
Ivy: * still confused*

Ayato: but- ok

Lavender: *insert sailor Moon pose* I'm gay. ✨✨✨

Ayato: really?! Me too!

Tenoh: oh, well, it's someone who does calligraphy- um, fancy writing

Lavender: you use big words.
Ivy: yes, because we aren't 10 years old.

Tenoh: hey, I use big words so people think I'm smart

Ivy : I'm sorry, she's just complaining to me *she points to the crying girl*
??????? : Excuse me?! I just found a f**king corpse, AND YOU THINK OF THAT AS COMPLAINING?!

Tenoh: T_T where is it?
*neither sound panicked. In fact, Tenoh sounds more annoyed than anything*

????????: In a closet, on the third floor. Although, you don't sound very concerned. *she stops crying and rolls her eyes*
Ivy: Lavender, knock that off.

Tenoh POV: well, I'm probably responsible for the death, and if not me it's Ayano's fault
Ayato: no no no no! we're concerned! it's just, well, it's not the strangest thing that's happened at Akademi, and especially not to us . . . that sounds really wrong, I'm sorry

Lavender : Oh, I wasn't blaming you or Tenoh, I was just saying that no one sounds like its that big of a deal. *she knows it probably Tenoh or Ayano that did it. She didn't even like the person that died. She's just trying to get ivy to realize that she has brought hell upon the school*

Tenoh: here, I'll go find the body. I took uni medical courses over the summer, and I can perform an autopsy

Lavender: I can show you where I found it

Tenoh: It, might just be better if you tell me! I don't want to make you go back, yeah?

Lavender: Well, I don't want you to go to the wrong place! *she seems to mouth "I'm trying to help you"*

*Tenoh looks at Ayato for a split second, who's still trying to apologize about his "insensitive comment" about the death*
Tenoh: *mouthing* ok, what's your plan?

dark dragnoc: is everything ok?-

Ivy : I'm sorry, she's just complaining to me *she points to the crying girl*

uhhhh ok then..

Ivy: Please return to the rooftop for your lunch
??????? : *she continues to argue with Ivy*

*he just sits there*

Willow: hey, what's the commotion?
Jess: *had followed, also confused on the matter*

Ivy: The cops are on their way

Jess: good..

Ivy : I'm sorry, she's just complaining to me *she points to the crying girl*

Willow: Corpse?! Where?!
Jess: oh no..

Ivy: I apologize on behalf of Lavender. She believes she found a corpse. I don't believe her. Its highly unlikey
Lavender: That doesn't mean it can't happen, Ivy! Why do you never listen to me?!

Willow: Ivy, I'm part of this council too. I thought it was so we could make a good learning environment for the students here. If Miss Lavendar says she's found something, we ought to investigate
Jess: I agree..

Ivy:.. I guess it won't hurt to try. However, Lavender, I don't appreciate the fact you always nag at me for something you claim you saw
Lavender: Why are you always like this?!
Ivy: I suppose we should investigate now. Come on, Lavender, where did you find it?
*Lavender leads everyone to the 3rd floor to the closet, where she says she saw it.
There's no body, but there's a puddle of blood*

Jess: blood?
Willow: *bends down* mmhm. Something happened, and that murderer must've hid the body so no evidence but this was left

Ivy:.. I was instructed to call the police if blood was ever found on school premises. And I will do exactly that. *she dials 911, and explains to the police*

Jess: it's like thar one incident..with the man behind the-
Willow: *puts a finger over her mouth* no.
Jess: .. *giggles*
Willow: -_- I'm not tickling you

*Ivy is still talking to the police*
Lavender: why are you - no. I don't wanna know

Willow: ..I've seen murder before, it doesn't scare me as much as it used to
