Memes that are about Minecraft YouTubers are NOT allowed, unless something directly related to Minecraft is in the image. For example, a meme that's about a YouTuber who plays Minecraft but isn't about their Minecraft playthrough(s) would not be approved. However, if you post a meme about their Minecraft playthrough, talking about and using images from that playthrough, it will be approved, as that would make it related to Minecraft.
That rule is mainly there to prevent unrelated posts about YouTubers that aren't related to Minecraft.
