If anyone told you those are your only two options, then they want you to blindly follow them or die. They don't want you to have your own life and they already don't care about you. If you're the one giving yourself those two options, then you're doing the same.

Wtf are you talking about? The people giving them that option is themselves. Gender dysphoria is horrible and having to hide it from people can be unbearable to the point of Depression, self harm, and eventually suicide.
