Um… what does transparency do?

It makes it so the image doesn't look bad when you add it in, if you go into "add image" and set it to "add inside" it'll actually look like it's meant to be in the image rather than poorly edited in, and if you use it like a regular template you can change the background color to whatever you want

My explanation may seem a little complicated so I recommend you just mess around with it, the best way to learn is through experience
