There’s also a few other ways they get depressed. One of them could just be from preexisting mental instabilities like many transgender kids these days, another could be because of high rates of porn influences in the lgbt community compared to straight people, which also causes depression.
Porn causes depression because it works like a drug. Once you get ahold of it, it causes short Bursts of dopamine (the hormone that affects pleasure in things), which eventually drains the effect of dopamine activity in non drug related things and causes people to want more of it, until a point comes where it’s the only thing that gives them pleasure.
As you could guess, people with displeased lives would get depressed easily. The second fact here is one of the biggest reasons I think the community acts unhappy often
