If your proposed law were in effect and my meme were unfeatured on account of it, I think we’d have a real constitutional issue. There are two or three inside jokes in here referencing prior I_P memes/comments, and developing the emerging character of Sunlady.
It’s NSFW, and marked accordingly, but the meme is not out of place for this stream at all and definitely doesn’t have a primary purpose of eroticism. As such I don’t think your proposed law, even setting potential constitutional issues aside, would justify its removal.
