The 451st Enforcers Legion is essentially the GAR's military police. Traitors to the republic, like Slick, or Krell, are usually handed over to the Enforcers for transport to Coruscant. There is also the 499th Inspections Division, which is a division of the Enforcers responsible for ensuring that republic bases are up to code, and are properly cleaned, and so on.
