Sadly, the perception and interpretation within this meme is misguided.
What if the J6 Unarmed Citizens Rowdy Riot,
wasn't a failed attempt to Protect, yet rather a weak unarmed attempt to Honor the Constitution?
Any reasonable individual whom has read the document, is aware that the states of Pennsylvania,
Michigan, Wisconsin, & Georgia all hastily changed their 2020 voting laws with a run-a-round on
Article 1 Section 4
46 other states are beholden to those 4 states acting outside the ratified constitutional provisions. Regardless of which candidate won the electoral college, those 4 states results needed thrown out, not counted because they didn't play by the ratified rules. No reason to riot, yet one sees that it meant that much for these wildly out of line protesters in their spontaneous UPRISING.
History, one imagines, may look back and calmer heads will find this incident has more in common with the Boston Massacre of 1771, yet without the aftermath propaganda support of Paul Reveres' published drawing to make the 38th Regiment of Foot out to be the bad guys, when they were, like the J6 Capitol Police, attempting to provide crowd control. There were more deaths in Boston.
One policeman died at the hospital after the J6 conflict; 4 U.S.A. Citizens died on the scene at the Capitol Building 80 % of the deaths that occurred as a result of the J6 conflict were not police, yet unarmed protesters. 2-mid 30's women, and 2-50+ yr old ranting men. Rosanne Boyland, Benjamin Philips, Ashli Babbitt, and Kevin Greeson.
