Why was it disapproved?

The horse one wasn't dispproved, it was upvoted before it was approved! Now, THIS ismage was disapproved cause the one dickheaded mod on imgflips seems to think he knows what memes should be in the thread......rules clearly state you can ask questions about imgflip yet he refuses to approve those memes
