In a perfect world, yes, but look at the energy output vs energy demand, then calculate how much land you'd need to fit that many, where you could fit that many and also have ideal wind conditions, and how much metal you'd need to produce to make that many.
I'm not against green energy by any means, but I want to use methods that don't do more harm than good to both the planet and us. Right now, all power grids that run on "green energy" get supplimented with fossil fuel power. Even then, there's people who are havign their utilities shut off remotely because it's straining the grid too much.
If you want to talk about green energy that's highly efficient with minimal impact on the planet and can be fit into tiny spaces, look into nuclear power that doesn't come from uranium. There's one that starts with a "C" but I'll let you explore that rabbit hole.
