Why did the "bank" steal all of Scotts stuff? Simple. The "bank" is actually DKOldies. DKOldies stole all of Scotts stuff because they needed to find Sonic 2 with a Line. Why? There are 3 copies of Sonic 2 with a Line in the world. DKOldies owned one, Scott own the other, and a warehouse with an AID's outbreak had one. Whoever poses all three copies of Sonic 2 with a Line gets the powers of Super Sonic, and Joey of DKOldies wanted the power so he could dictate the prices of all Sonic games, and be the only person that owned games in the world.
