Edgyhead can't change. Evil is an understatement with him, he's somehow more crazy than 401 without her headband! I can fix evil. But crazy is more difficult, 401 still hasn't fully recovered and she's had the headband for months! The only reason she is even making progress is because she could at least feel regret for the things she does, her mind wasn't fully gone. Edgyhead however only kills because it's fun to him. He doesn't care how many people he's putting in danger. He doesn't know regret.
Exactly why the only way to stop him is to kill him, and I won't hesitate the first chance I get.
