When I bought the first Dark Souls, I accidentally hit the NPC by the fireplace after you left the asylum. It wouldn't let me redo it. I had to bait him to fall off the bridge. Long story short, I want a refund. That game is so hard. :(

A similar thing happened to me but with Elden Ring. Has to be the hardest game i've played
