This would be really helpful, now moderators can more effectively suggest setting changes

I know they can simply send a message to an owner but that's not what I mean, they have access to the stream settings menu but can't do anything in it. So why not give it a use for moderators? Let them change settings, and then instead of the "update stream" button, they could have one that says "send to owner(s)" and then they get a notification saying "[username] has suggested a change to [stream name]" then they enter stream settings to either approve or disapprove the changes, but if there are multiple owners it would be more of a voting system; Moderators should be able to suggest changes to stream settings
