I was never expecting to draw as good as anyone on the subreddit, but my quality is just not even near decent anymore. (If anyon | I want to make a Wings of Fire comic; It’s based off a story I’m currently making. I finally have enough time to attempt a panel; The last time I tried drawing a single dragon, it didn’t end well.
Poor drawing ability and it doesn’t really fit in. | image tagged in memes, gru's plan | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Also I completely forgot about you asking me to draw Scorchwings if I go ahead with the attempt. My response:

A) don’t know what they are, I don’t check this stream much.

B) the story is centered around a human named Sky crashing on the planet (yeah, I already know there is a dragon named Sky, the No Mans Sky pilot OC named Sky was made around 2 years ago before I even knew about the books). I was thinking about him losing a communications device to Sundew and losing another one to the 6 dragonets who flew from Pyhrria to Pantala to stop Cottonmouth before finally crashing in icewing territory, which he is forced to ditch the starship due to the massive repairs it needed that he could not fix with any materials he has, I haven’t decided whether or not he decides to blow up the starfighter to attempt to not accidentally accelerate the planet’s technological advancements.

C) When dragons are there, I’ve thought of three scenarios. 1. Him being attacked and attempting non-lethal ways to defeat the attacking dragon/running away.
2. By standers while he is in a fight or dragons chasing him.
3. Watching him via a communications device he has dropped.
Interactions with dragons involving Sky would probably not go well as he can’t understand them, but his friend who he is looking for can.

Various features of said devices used in the comic are taken inspiration from multiple different universes, but No Mans Sky is the primary influence.

I can give you a whole entire paragraph about them (maybe more than a paragraph)

Description: Normally range in varieties of black, brown, gold, or red (or rarely, due to genetics, blue. as it represents Animus powers) Wing colors match underbellies, which are always paler/darker than the scale color. Hair always looks like lava, and moves, which sometimes it has black or white spots on it, depending on if scales are lighter or darker than the hair. eye colors range from yellow, blue, grey, dark red, dark blue, cyan, orange, dark cyan, dark orange, etc Scorchwings also have firescales, and fireproof scales as well, normally both. As they like swimming in lava, and saving other dragons from fires. They can stop themselves from burning things, but it requires training. history: Scorchwings originated from a skywing/mudwing hybrid, which had firescales and Animus powers, who married a sandwing and had dragonets together. They had so many that they had to turn into a tribe, which were called Scorchwings. The Scorchwings then started having Animus powers, which they were blue if they had some. The Animus Skywing enchanted the sand for some reason, to make any Animus Scorchwing have some type of blue in them, but it can't be their eyes, as that would kind of be subtle. So they had some type of blue in them. Animus Scorchwings sometimes had black or white scales/hair (sometimes both) with the blue, which gives them an interesting hue color. Normal Scorchwings also have this kind of hue with mixed scale colors, and underbelly colors, sometimes with gold in their wings.

A starfighter pilot/explorer accidentally crashes onto the planet while looking for a friend. After a signal is picked up from the planet, he must travel to the other side of Pyhrria and face any obstacle he comes across with minimal support from his allies. The most support while on Pyhrria will be a couple of care packages containing high tech vehicles. The start point was going to be in icewing territory, with the finish being at the southeastern end of skywing territory on the coast. Sentinels will do everything they can to try to stop him. Almost high tech weapons, including long ranged ones, will take inspiration from the game, No Man’s Sky.

But yeah, my drawing is terrible. I can’t draw dragons as good as you, let alone half of the WoF subreddit.

I’m out of practice, I’m taking an art class to get better but I am way out of practice when drawing on my phone. Even with practice I was generally never good anyway. Thanks burnout that happened a year ago.
