what does it do

It is an ancient mob that will dig in the ground and find ancient seeds

Thats kinda cool but it looks like it should belong in the Nether

The egg is found under the sea…

What egg

You find an egg in the ancient ruins take it above sea level and like the turtle egg it will hatch (eventually) and grow up to be bigger than the player and dig for seeds

Minecraft should stop mob votes, do't get me wrong the sniffer is great but, in the past there were way better mobs that diserved to win.
