It shouldn't matter because you're not seeing their comments on your own or anyone else's images.
Once you've blocked someone, it doesn't change how the site works for them. It just removes content from users you don't want to see from your screen only.
Hiding a comment doesn’t do much, they could just have someone else say the stuff, so blocking them should just keep them from commenting on your posts or comments, and viewing your profile page
Well it’ll still stop them from commenting on your stuff, seriously some people have that random curiosity that they can’t ignore, which will just keep the argument going
Then you block them and you stop getting notifications and don't see their comments. You can stop seeing them, but you can't stop them from speaking.
Blocking someone should change the site for you, not for the user who's blocked.
Yea but still, they’ll still bother you, they’re still gonna stalk you, even if you block them, that’s like saying just because you don’t see something means that it isn’t there
The point of blocking a user is to stop seeing their content,
not to stop them from creating content.
The fact that "it's there" shouldn't be a problem to you.
If stalking means looking at your comments and memes, they are already public and you can't stop someone from looking at it. You can avoid interacting with them by blocking them.
If stalking is counting in harassment or blackmail and things like that, you're supposed to report them for misconduct.
It should stop them from seeing your content, it should work both ways, like how Snapchat or whatever does it, people you block can’t see or comment on your content
