As some users know, I joined when I was 11(I'm 13 now, and turning 14 this year), a SITE MOD KNEW and I WASN'T BANNED for being underaged!?

Site Mods only care about SERIOUS ToS rule breaks at this point.

The reason underaged users don't get banned is cause they don't have concrete evidence to support the ban reason.

Anyone could say they're underaged, and that may or may not be a joke.

But, to me, if the template is used, but the words are changed, it isn't breaking the ToS.
