If you're talking about me, I could ban anyone to earn more respect, but I can't unless I see the federal criminal posting something against the rules.
After that, we made a point about not permanently banning users unless they're certified trolls, or alt accounts, which is what happened. It's pretty common for mods to be removed for banning users permanently.
