I'm not sure it's normal to have so many unless you're old.

I had two twice this month, they only lasted for a couple seconds but it hurt my foot quite a bit. Happened about a couple weeks ago when I went to GameStop and today coming back from Walmart

I thought 2 calf-cramps in a month was abnormal.

Or possibly a Charley horse, due from overexertion from working too much from physical labor, which is one of the main causes of it. My right foot got numb and hurt for just a couple seconds getting out of the truck after stepping out of it
