Diversity hires

Diversity hiring is a bad thing when they discriminate against better-qualified candidates...

The problem with diversity hires when the job primarily entails appearing competent in public, is that there's no way for the people who REALLY do all the work for that hire behind the scenes to sub in that public role.

And yes, co-workers having to do extra work for diversity hires has become commonplace. It just usually happens where there's no publicity.

The mindless libs will dispute that, I'm sure. But the reality of the situation is built into the definition of "diversity hire." It's simply someone who wasn't -- aside from insane democrat preferences -- qualified for the position.
