ok so there was 4 eevees created from their souls (the pokeverse wasnt created then they were made), they took form as eevee in a lab for DnA fusing, that's why sylceon is a sylveon and glaceon fusion, and they were created by kitty (known as sky in the pokeverse) created their eeveelutions and umveon is shipped with steve and they had a child named rick
