Not really. We can still choose our religion, we can still have assembly, we will still have press, we can still have petition, and we all can still have the freedom of speech. And I am outspoken on my beliefs, but im never on one specific side, and agree with everything said on that side. Personally, i have beliefs of equality in general. Both political parties have some sort of inequality mixed into their beliefs. I just feel that people are way too guided by the parties, and should make decisions based off of research and logic instead of parties. A big example is Texas. During the midterms, instead of voting for someone who could help Texas be better, they voted in the same guy who did nothing to help us during the freeze. It was mainly because he was republican, but they used the bull excuse of Beto taking away guns, which is completely false. With the place that i live being Texas, the state with the most of the political parties taking over people's personalities, it's kinda what I'm used to seeing, and it's why I despise it. But I don't know if its different elsewhere because I've only lived around Houston. Sorry for the long comment lol.
