Meme hoarder is a new character I made

this is probably going to piss you off, Meme hoarder seems like a boss that should get toned down.

Meme hoarder does thousands of damage every meme it fires and according to this meme, they can suck up other people's weapons and fire it back at them. Meme hoarder is also a black hole, so it's improbable that it can actually take damage to physical or any damage. my idea is that this boss should be a glass canon (what that means is that it can deal a lot of damage but can't take much damage), that was my ted talk

how about there's a 15% chance he will suck up your weapon, it takes 88% of the damage dealt, and the meme hoarder's minimum damage per meme is 250 ok?
