I’m gonna take a guess and assume you haven’t done much traveling around the US, is that accurate?

BIGGEST dishonorable mention to Washington, D.C.

My God, what a miserable, rat-infested town

My top 3 U.S. destinations:
1. New Orleans
2. Nashville
3. Chicago

Honorable mentions: The Grand Canyon, Northwest Washington State, Kansas City, St. Louis, Anchorage, Denver/Colorado Rockies, Arches National Park, Boston, Seattle, Austin, Charleston SC

Dishonorable mentions: New York City (way too crowded/busy/dirty), Florida (tacky strip malls, you’ll find a better beach experience pretty much anywhere else that’s warm)

Still on my bucket list: California (esp. San Diego, San Francisco), Oregon, Hawaii, Idaho, Minneapolis, northern Great Lakes

The United States has a ton of stuff of course, but the only places with the repeat-value that makes me want to say “yes, I’m dropping everything now and leaving as soon as I can” are the cities I put in my Top 3 above.

As you can see I’m pretty biased toward cities, the urban experience and culture. When it comes to natural wonders like the Grand Canyon, I’m more like “eh, I’ve seen that now, check”

And when it comes to the urban travel experience, Europe overall has America beaten, hands down

Let me get this straight: New York City is too dirty for you, but Chicago isn’t? I’m not dissing either city, they both are awesome cities to visit, but Chicago is anything but clean.

You might want to start avoiding Nashville from now on, Ben Shapiro lives there now and if I can school you in a debate, you don’t have a prayer going up against him.

Haven’t been to New Orleans, but definitely going there someday.

Fair enough, Europe has more interesting cities than the US, I can’t argue against that.

Thanks to great leaders like Gigachad Ron DeSantis, Florida is one of the greatest states in the US. As long as you don’t provoke the wildlife, everything from Pensacola to Miami is just beautiful. Miami is one of the best large cities the US has to offer: plenty of culture, beaches, beautiful women, what’s not to love? Orlando has Universal Studios and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter as well as other theme parks. There’s the Kennedy Space Center in Titusville. Pensacola and Daytona Beach are awesome beach cities. And of course, there’s the Florida Keys and Key West. Plus, Donald Trump lives there, so another bonus. So yeah, you’re just objectively wrong about Florida being bad.

If you visit Idaho or the northern Great Lakes, you have to leave your leftism at home, both areas are quite conservative. Definitely worth a visit though, especially the north shore of Lake Superior, there’s a waterfall there called Devil’s Kettle where half of the waterfall falls into a hole in the ground and no one knows where the hole comes back up. There’s a bunch of other waterfalls up there too, including a big waterfall right on the border with Canada.

Minneapolis is cool, I enjoyed their art museum and it was free admission too. Mall of America is worth a visit, there’s an aquarium and a theme park in there. That was before Derek Chauvin took a knee and all you leftists started burning down the cities so I don’t really know what it’s like now.

Australia is actually higher with income from international tourism than Germany, yet Germany has the most amount of castles in the world.

Yellow Stone man. It's literally Yellow Stone IDK why else you would come here.

Having traveled to some of the countries on this list — *squints* France, the U.K., Australia, Germany — as well as a couple on an earlier version of this list (Mexico, Netherlands) and being bowled over by what I found there, I really can’t comprehend why people would come here.

—American cities suck ass. Little architecture of significance, hard to navigate, museums mostly an afterthought. The only one I’d really recommend to an international traveler is New Orleans. Yeah, New Orleans is pretty sweet.
—Public transit systems, which most citizens of the world are used to, is a nightmare or nonexistent here.
—If you don’t know English or at least Spanish, good luck.
—We do have lots of coastline and beaches, I guess? But does the endless crowded strip-mall of Florida really compare favorably with the pristine beaches you could find in Spain or France or Greece or Italy or Australia or Mexico or Thailand?
—Granted, I’ve never made it to California, maybe West Coast beaches have something special going on? Then again, so would the West Coast of Mexico, but with the added perks of being warmer and cheaper and with better food and service and the whole “all-inclusive-resort” thing you can’t really find in America.
—Is it… Alaska? Are people trekking to this far-flung U.S. state to maybe do some skiing and see bears and glaciers? Can’t you get the same thing in Scandinavia?
—Or… Las Vegas? Like you can’t find tacky casino cities elsewhere?

Conclusion: Yeah, it’s gotta be Yellowstone. No other explanation

Been to the West Coast. The Hollywood stuff sucked and smelled like piss and marijuana. I remember some town outside the bay area smelled constantly like roasted garlic where I tried garlic ice cream.

Seattle had probably the best hot dog I've ever had, but I was flashed by like 50 naked bike riders.

The Redwood and Yosemite national forests were nice.

Death Vally was hot.

Washington is beautiful; if you go during the cherry season you can eat cherries to your heart's content for basically nothing.

6/10, East coast is better, Oorah.

Another counter-intuitive list. This time I’m surprised at how low the U.S. is and how Mexico, of all countries, tops it.

Huh. I guess everyone in the world drinks Corona?

Don't feel bad with how low the US is going with Beer exports, Australia isn't that much of a beer exporter either. But hey, Australia have the 4th highest income from Wine Exports.
